Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in compliance, training, automotive sales, finance, title, or title work preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers

Responsibilities:

  • Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
  • Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
  • Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
  • Maintain records for DOT
  • Point contact for employees for Reynolds
  • Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
  • Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
  • Travel to all Ciocca Automotive Dealerships
