Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience across both Atlas and The Garden Room. This individual will lead the management teams for each concept while ensuring both restaurants maintain their distinct identities, exceptional service standards, and strong financial performance.
This role requires an accomplished luxury hospitality leader who understands how to successfully oversee multiple concepts within a high-profile environment. The General Manager will partner closely with each restaurant's Executive Chef, the Area Director, and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence while fostering a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for both Atlas and The Garden Room while preserving the unique identity and guest experience of each concept.
  • Lead and develop the management teams across both restaurants, creating alignment, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner closely with each Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution between front and back-of-house operations.
  • Drive financial performance across both businesses through effective labor management, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
  • Foster a culture centered on luxury hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure Michelin-caliber service standards at Atlas while maintaining the vibrant, elevated hospitality experience that defines The Garden Room.
  • Build relationships with VIP guests, hotel leadership, community partners, and industry professionals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional hospitality leaders and service professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards across both concepts.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, private events, programming, and long-term business strategy.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including General Manager or Director-level leadership within luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple restaurant concepts or complex, high-volume luxury operations preferred.
  • Michelin-starred or Michelin Guide restaurant experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing restaurants with combined annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing multiple operating budgets, labor models, and P&L performance.
  • Extensive wine, spirits, and luxury hospitality knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with a servant leadership approach.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Open to relocation to the Atlanta market if not currently local.
