Join Hitachi Energy as a Marketing Competency Manager and help shape how advanced power and electrical solutions are communicated to the world. In this role, you will lead the development of impactful, value-driven messaging that connects technical innovation with real customer needs. You'll empower marketing and sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and frameworks required to clearly articulate the benefits of complex technologies-from high-voltage equipment to grid automation and energy management solutions.
This is a highly collaborative position where you'll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to turn deep technical expertise into compelling, customer-centric narratives. Your work will directly influence how solutions are positioned across key segments such as utilities, industrial customers, and electrical contractors. If you're passionate about bridging the gap between technology and storytelling while driving consistency, clarity, and commercial impact, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding platform to grow your influence.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

  • Ability to translate technical detail into compelling messaging
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
