Job description

Be the backbone that logistically supports creativity in a corporate environment.

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking aย Program Managerย to join for an approximateย 3-month project.ย 

As a Program Manager, you will manage a structured pipeline for creative work that supports our vendor communications ecosystem, acting as the conduit between external business partners and internal social media teams. You will maintain master project tracking systems and assignment distribution, proactively flagging risks to meet a 95% on-time delivery goal and successfully coordinating cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications.

As a Program Manager, You Will

  • Centralize intake and triage of all creative requests
  • Schedule intake calls with stakeholders
  • Maintain master project tracking system and assignment distribution
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks to 95% on-time delivery goal
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications
  • Track team capacity and workload-balancing across all 6 team members
  • Manage goal tracking, reporting, and metrics documentation
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and status updates
  • Own team meeting scheduling, notes and action items
  • Maintain documentation of processes and workflows
  • Establish single source of truth for project status, eliminating confusion and duplicate tracking
  • Standardize intake process, reducing time spent clarifying requirements
  • Implement proactive capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks
  • Create consistent communication cadence with stakeholders

Compensation

Pay Range:ย $50.00 - $65.00 (Hourly)ย  ย ย 

The successful candidateโ€™s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.ย ย 

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savingsย and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.ย ย
