As we continue to grow globally, we are seeking a Manager, Global Compensation to design and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and reward top talent across the Americas, EMEA, China, and APAC.

What You'll Do:

 Global Compensation Program Design - develop program designs across regions that align with business goals & objectives.
 Lead Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking - ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry 
 Lead Year-End Compensation Processes - ensuring merit and bonus guidelines are followed and implemented 
 Drive Pay Equity & Compliance - implement tools and initiatives to ensure fair, equitable pay. Summarize findings for leadership and lead compliance oversight.
 Partner with Finance team - partner on incentive calculation, annual budgets and accrual reporting
 Provide Insights & Reporting - Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.

What You Bring:

 7+ years of compensation experience, with a focus on global programs.

  • Deep expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, and design

Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel & reporting skills.
Ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights.
Experience collaborating across multiple geographies.
CCP certification & experience with Cornerstone are a plus!
