Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HR Analyst - Compensation to support and administer enterprise compensation programs, including annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and ongoing compensation operations. This role will be responsible for managing Oracle HCM Compensation processes, maintaining compensation worksheets, supporting Fast Formulas, and ensuring accurate execution of compensation changes within Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle HCM Compensation expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation worksheets, ensuring data integrity, accurate calculations, and compliance with compensation guidelines.
• Manage the integration of performance review data from Talent Management modules and align performance ratings with compensation planning processes.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Fast Formulas supporting compensation calculations, eligibility rules, budgets, and planning activities.
• Configure and support compensation plans, budgets, guidelines, and approval workflows within Oracle HCM.
• Execute compensation processes and ensure approved compensation changes are accurately written back to Core HR.
• Generate, validate, and distribute employee total compensation statements following compensation cycle approvals.
• Perform ongoing compensation administration activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Monitor compensation budgets and maintain forecasts for promotions, transfers, and compensation changes throughout the year.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, audits, validations, and compliance reviews.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve compensation-related issues and support planning initiatives.
• Analyze compensation data and recommend improvements to processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support testing activities, system enhancements, Oracle quarterly releases, and compensation-related projects.
• Maintain compensation models, spreadsheets, and complex calculations used for planning and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across compensation programs and systems.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Compensation modules.
• 2+ years of experience developing, maintaining, or supporting Oracle HCM Fast Formulas.
• Experience supporting enterprise compensation programs and compensation administration processes.
• Strong understanding of compensation planning, including merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Experience managing compensation worksheets, budgets, compensation calculations, and planning activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC four days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations and compensation cycles.
• Experience with Oracle HCM quarterly releases, testing, and system enhancements.
• Experience developing compensation reporting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Knowledge of compensation governance, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience supporting workforce planning and compensation analytics initiatives.
