This role will partner closely People Business Partners, Recruiters and business leaders to influence and provide guidance on Apple’s compensation programs.
Description
Apple’s Compensation team is looking for an innovative compensation professional to support its global compensation philosophy and strategy at Apple. The successful candidate will play a key role in the assessment and implementation of Apple's global compensation programs and annual compensation planning process. The key responsibilities include:","responsibilities":"Gathering and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs, for example, with competitive positioning analysis, compensation recommendations for job offers, job title reviews and other ad hoc analysis
Assisting with the annual compensation planning process, including: understanding and implementing compensation strategies that align with Apple’s compensation philosophies, managing large data sets related to compensation budgets and compensation planning processes, preparing, serving as the primary point of contact for People Business Partners during the annual compensation process, and preparing and facilitating training sessions to help educate managers on Apple’s compensation strategies and programs
Building and maintain relationships with key internal partners, including People Business Partners, Recruiters, Global Mobility team members and other members of the People team.
Contributing to the implementation and communication of base salary, bonus, and equity programs
Contributing to the implementation and communication of compensation policies and practices
Performing staff support activities to implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs
Utilizing key compensation databases and tools
Preferred Qualifications
Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manager multiple priorities in a complex, matrix and fast-paced environment
Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining broader view
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
MBA
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a compensation analyst, consultant, or business partner
Exceptional knowledge of Excel
Experience and comfort with large, complex data sets
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Experience with Tableau, Compa, and/or Workday a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
