Responsibilities & Requirements
We're looking for a skilled professional who can:
  • Manage overall case proceedings
  • Analyze records and reports effectively
  • Assign, delegate, and oversee tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staff
  • Conduct thorough discovery to gather evidence for successful litigation
  • Evaluate medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th Edition
  • Determine appropriate case values and draft settlement demands
