Avante at Inverness is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable Federal and State licensure requirement

• Completion of a secondary education, a College Graduate, and/or compliance with current state licensure guidelines

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

• Must speak and understand English

• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility at least as an Assistant Administrator.

• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.

Education and Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator

• Must have at least a Bachelors Degree.


Background Screening Requirement:

 

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
