Job description

Client Services Manager (CSM) – St. Paul Skilled Nursing

BAYADA is seeking a results-driven Client Services Manager (CSM) to support our St. Paul Skilled Nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operator and relationship-builder who can manage a full caseload, lead with professionalism, and help grow a high-performing office.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the delivery and coordination of client services in a growing skilled nursing office

  • Manage a full caseload with confidence, urgency, and strong attention to detail

  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and other performance metrics to improve office results

  • Partner closely with field staff, clients, and families to ensure an exceptional care experience

  • Build trust through in-person presence, including visits in clients’ homes

  • Support business growth by balancing service excellence with an entrepreneurial, revenue-minded approach

  • Represent BAYADA professionally in virtual and in-person interactions with clients, caregivers, and community partners

What we’re looking for
  • Manager-level experience with the ability to own a full caseload

  • Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance, and how to influence results

  • A growth mindset with comfort in a metrics-driven environment

  • Professional presence and communication skills on Zoom and in person

  • Ability to build relationships with clients, families, and field employees through regular in-person engagement

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of accountability for outcomes

  • Bachelor’s degree not required

  • Experience in home care, healthcare operations, staffing, client services, or another performance-based service environment
