Your Role & Impact
The Community Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, developing, and implementing of current program department objectives. The position is responsible for program coordination, writing content, curriculum and identifying resources, building partnerships with other community programs. The Community Program Coordinator will also keep program records/files, perform data entry and a wide variety of program activities as needed.
*This is a grant funded position will expire on 12/31/2027 
Traveling to Ramona 1-2 times a week. 

This is a 30 hours a week full time position, flexible schedule. 
What We’re Looking For
  • Travel between San Marcos and Ramona High Schools 1-2 times per week,  therefore reliable transportation with a valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance, and a clean driving record is required.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with program development
  • An associate’s degree in  healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one (1) year experience in healthcare, programming coordination, education, case work, or youth services to diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Comfortable interacting with youth and parents. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

         The pay range for this role starts at $23.00, depending on experience. Max of the range to be attained over the lifespan of the role is $32.00hour.
