Operations Manager

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative functions, support staff, and ensure smooth community operations.

  • Coordinate community programs and services

  • Maintain compliance with documentation and inspections

  • Support communication with residents, families, and staff

  • Manage office operations, scheduling, and purchasing

  • Prepare reports, track budgets, and organize meetings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; 3+ years administrative experience
