Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate community programs and services
- Maintain compliance with documentation and inspections
- Support communication with residents, families, and staff
- Manage office operations, scheduling, and purchasing
- Prepare reports, track budgets, and organize meetings
- Ensure high morale and a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
