What you will be doing...

  • Responsible for the construction and operation of user communities, community event planning, etc.
  • Scout, train and maintain the core community users, conduct in-depth analysis of the user groups, ensure that the content operations can directly meet the users' needs, and create user management policies
  • Design diversified user operational plans to improve user stickiness
  • Design effective incentive mechanism to increase app engagement and user retention
  • Keep abreast of trends and blockchain related hot topics and create content

 

What we are looking for...

  • BA / BS degree
  • Two plus years of operations experience in blockchain related industry
  • Interest in blockchain and financial products, sensitive to hot topics in blockchain industry
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize under pressure, without specific direction, but maintaining business priorities
  • Passion in internet industry, specially in social products like Twitter, Telegram, Slack, Reddit, Instagram
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
