Your Role:

The Community Operations Intern will support day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu, keeping the community active and engaged. This role plays a key part in planning and executing community events, creating engaging content, and turning user feedback into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management:
    Manage day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu - drive conversations, answer questions, and keep the community engaged.
  • Event Operations:
    Plan and execute hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups end-to-end, from program design and promotion to on-site execution and retrospectives.
  • Content Creation:
    Create community content and campaign copy; curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC).
  • Insights & Reporting:
    Gather user feedback, deliver weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers (KOCs).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Communication:
    Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry (e.g., Tesla Optimus, Figure, 1X) and the Web3 space - community culture, DAO governance, and common playbooks such as airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities.
  • Work Style:
    Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience running social accounts or communities is a plus
