Job description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional for a beautiful property in Vista California. The ACM help support daily community operations, strengthen resident and customer relationships, and contribute to a positive, well-organized property experience. This role works closely with leadership and onsite teams to assist with leasing, service coordination, communication, and administrative tasks that support a high-quality community environment. Bilingual preferred.
What You Will Do
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the community and assist in maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Help respond to resident, customer, and vendor inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including touring prospective residents, preparing paperwork, and following up on leads.
  • Support resident retention efforts through strong communication, service follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other internal teams to help ensure resident concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Assist with rent collection efforts, account reviews, notices, and related administrative processes as needed.
  • Prepare reports, update records, and maintain accurate documentation for community operations.
  • Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and community events that enhance the resident experience.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned to support overall community success.
