Job description

Columbus Recovery Alliance for Men Inc. (CRAM) is seeking dedicated and reliable volunteers to assist with General Support & Operations. As a general support volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping our organization build momentum, support returning citizens, and keep our day-to-day community operations running smoothly.

This flexible role is ideal for individuals who want to lend a hand across multiple areas of a growing nonprofit—from administrative assistance and community outreach to event coordination and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, organization, and communication.

Help prepare materials for upcoming community events, workshops, and reentry initiatives.

Support outreach efforts by engaging with community partners and raising awareness about CRAM’s mission.

Provide logistics and setup support for local meetings, peer groups, or events.

Assist team leadership with research, data entry, or special organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a passion for community support and reentry success.

Reliable, organized, and open to working on a variety of tasks.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team and community partners.

No prior formal experience is required—just dedication, empathy, and a willingness to learn!
