At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Community Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mueller, an award-winning master-planned urban village in the heart of Austin, Texas.

Designed with sustainability, walkability, and connection in mind, Mueller is a place where community happens every day.

In this role, you'll serve as a key operational partner to community leadership, helping support daily operations, resident services, board and committee activities, executive administration, and community communications. You'll play an important role in ensuring the community team operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for residents and stakeholders.
