Key Responsibilities:
Event & Brand Representation

  • Foster an active and positive community experience across platforms
  • Help strengthen the HiROQUEST brand voice and audience engagement

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, community management, marketing coordination, brand support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms and online communities
  • Comfortable writing social copy, product descriptions, and community communications
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Passion for anime, trading cards, collectibles, gaming, or pop culture strongly preferred
  • Experience attending or working conventions/card shows is a plus
  • Familiarity with Discord, TikTok, Instagram, and website/content management tools preferred
  • Portfolio or examples of previous content, social media, creative work, or community engagement projects encouraged

Travel Requirements
  • Travel within the U.S. approximately once per month
  • Some weekend travel required for conventions and events
  • Flexibility to support event schedules as needed

This role is best suited for someone who:
  • Takes initiative without needing constant direction
  • Is excited to help build and grow a brand/community
  • Can balance operational execution with creativity
  • Enjoys engaging directly with fans and customers
  • Is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to contribute beyond their core responsibilities

The pay range for this role is:
