Community Marketing Liaison – Evansville, IN

Salary: 60,000-70,000 w/ Bonus Plan

Advanced Care is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Marketing Liaison to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout the Evansville market. This role is focused on developing strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and driving referrals through community engagement and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with healthcare industry knowledge and a passion for building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other healthcare referral partners.

  • Execute strategic marketing and business development initiatives to increase referrals and admissions.

  • Represent Advanced Care at networking events, community organizations, healthcare events, and industry functions.

  • Promote the services and benefits of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers to referral sources and community partners.

  • Identify new referral opportunities and maintain a consistent presence within the local healthcare community.

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to support occupancy goals and market growth.

  • Track referral activity, maintain relationships, and follow up with referral partners to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Serve as a trusted resource regarding post-acute care services and available programs.

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, physician relations, community outreach, admissions, or a related healthcare sales role.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare continuum, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, or post-acute care preferred.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, network effectively, and develop new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Evansville market.
