Job description

You'll make sure everything is done right. We'll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor the final phases of building our customer's new home. As a team member of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
