The Role
We’re looking for exceptional teachers who thrive in and outside the classroom. Responsibilities
Classroom Instruction:
- Deliver engaging, rigorous, and student-centered K-6 instruction.
- Foster a classroom environment that supports inquiry, creativity, and community.
- Use data and feedback for continuous process improvements in student learning and engagement.
Beyond the Classroom:
- Lead or support extracurricular programs, student life initiatives, or advisory roles.
- Collaborate with school leadership on strategic planning, community partnerships, and special projects.
- Contribute to admissions and school development.
- Be a thought partner in shaping school policy, mission integration, and future programming.
Ideal Candidate
