  • Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, local trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Training & Support

  • Train and support branch personnel on social media best practices and community engagement strategies.
  • Provide guidance to ensure brand consistency across all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, community engagement, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a track record of independently driving initiatives and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of the business and performance side of social media channels.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly interpersonal with the ability to build relationships across diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of local communities within the Ohio market.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable balancing structured, in-office responsibilities with flexible event attendance, including occasional evenings and weekends.

    • Regular travel throughout the Ohio market and surrounding service areas.
    • Flexibility to attend community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities during evenings and weekends as needed.

WHY JOIN APEX SERVICE PARTNERS?

  • Be part of a fast-growing, people-first organization.
  • Play a key role in shaping local brand presence and community impact.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for creativity and innovation.
  • Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.
