Job Description

Preferred
At least 11 years of IT experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) Domain with HP Exstream/Documaker/DOC1 expertise.
Perform as a technical subject matter expert for CCCM products preferably in Insurance domain.
Good understanding of technology from the perspective of product implementation, systems integration and data migration.
Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc...
At least 9 years of experience in CCM products configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment
At least 8 years of experience in Hp Exstream/DOC1/CSF Designer/any CCM product in a mainframe environment - designing batch applications, post composition processes and print environment
At least 4 years of experience in problem definition, Architecture, Design and Implementation in a client facing role for US based Insurers
Analytical and Communication skills
Project, talent management and thought leadership
Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
