Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Work Location: Remote (Preference: Candidates local to Seattle/Redmond, WA)
Duration: 4 months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to two General Managers (GMs) within WWIC.
This role requires:

  • Minimum 12 months verifiable Microsoft EA experience

    • OneNote
  • Strong executive-level calendaring expertise
  • Experience managing high-volume travel logistics
