Reporting to the City Manager, this executive-level role provides strategic and operational leadership for a highly visible department that ensures effective communications and legislative advocacy for a large, full-service municipal organization.

AND License or Certificate: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California driver's license. Possession of an Accredited Public Relations (APR) certificate issued by the Public Relations Society of America or California Association of Public Information Officials is desirable.
