Job Summary

SouthStar Energy Services is seeking a Business Analyst II / Program Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate Channel Marketing program. This role is responsible for managing relationships with real estate partners, driving customer acquisition through referral programs, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing program performance, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management, marketing, sales, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to real estate professionals, managing multiple projects, and traveling throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow the Real Estate referral and sales channel.

· Build relationships with brokers, real estate offices, and industry partners.

· Conduct presentations, onboarding sessions, training, and educational events.

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.

· Manage web-based referral and rewards platforms.

· Analyze program performance, KPIs, customer acquisition, and ROI.

· Coordinate marketing materials, sales collateral, and communication campaigns.

· Work with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve program performance.

· Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, and sales projections.

· Support trade shows, networking events, and customer engagement activities.
