What this job involves:
This position is part of our Leasing Advisory services within Transaction Management.

Work under the guidance of the Sales Leader and Solution Manager to manage the development of pricing solutions for Transactions Management new business pursuits, formal RFP's, renewals, expansions and opportunity assessments. Partner with key Transactions Management and other stakeholders (Sales Team, Solutions Team, Products Teams, Service Lines, Corporate Finance and others), to manage pricing data inputs for solutioning business expansion opportunities for both domestic and global Transaction Management business development pursuits.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage the data inputs to inform the structuring of commercial solutions for sales and solution teams in support of complex, global, large, and small TM pursuits;
  • Build transaction commission and volume projections and understand the impact of differing transaction types, speculative revenue, commission pay structures and rebates on profitability related to leasing transactions and advisory services;
  • Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs from Product Teams, Business Lines, Service Line SME's, Account Management representatives and pursuit team into a final pricing solution;
  • Perform internal proforma analysis and support the internal deal approval process, including working with counterparts in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific to consolidate P&Ls and client solutions across Regions;
  • Perform multiple rounds of scenario modeling, analysis and assumptions to support the initial solutioning process and potential multiple bid rounds;
  • Assist in populating pricing templates for submission to clients;
  • Assist in creating pricing related Exhibits and Schedules for the RFP process, through and including negotiations and contracting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing tools to increase accuracy, reduce risk and improve efficiency of the firm's pricing capability;
  • Maintain a database of client real estate data, offered solutions and rebates, unique strategies, staffing and cost models for future reference and tool updates;
  • Explore sources for updating model assumptions and ensure tools stays current (i.e. market rental rates, global commission trends, compensation rates, deal terms, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant real estate work experience, preferably in Transaction Management with exposure to leasing advisory or brokerage;
  • Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles strongly preferred;
  • Understanding of leasing transactions, market dynamics, and advisory services is highly valued;
  • Strong business and financial acumen;
  • Strong communication, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organization skills with strong focus on accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Self-starter with focus, energy and leadership ability to drive projects forward;
  • Independent worker with a team player attitude;
  • Ability to work effectively in remote settings and across global time zones;
  • Proficiency using Excel and similar tools.

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
