Our senior bankers are paid a significant portion of monthly retainer payments collected by the firm, often exceeding $100,000 annually. After the first full year at the firm, many of our senior bankers will earn $300,000 - $1,000,000+.

Key attributes include the ability to source deals, robust communication skills, a strong deal closing track record, and effective leadership abilities.
