Key Responsibilities:
* Lead implementation of AI-first software delivery practices across multiple Scrum teams
* Coach engineers, architects, QA teams, and product teams on practical AI adoption
* Embed AI into planning, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and operational workflows
* Identify productivity, quality, and delivery challenges through direct engagement with engineering teams
* Facilitate implementation workshops and help teams overcome adoption barriers
* Translate strategic initiatives into executable plans, playbooks, and repeatable operating practices
* Define KPIs and success measures for AI adoption initiatives and track measurable outcomes
* Drive improvements in developer productivity, cycle time, software quality, engineering throughput, AI adoption, and delivery predictability
* Establish governance guardrails, implementation standards, and scalable AI-enabled delivery patterns
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of leading software delivery, engineering transformation, SDLC modernization, or developer productivity initiatives
* 3+ years of leading AI-enabled engineering, AI adoption, or AI transformation programs
* Demonstrated experience coaching engineering teams through implementation and adoption of AI practices
* Experience implementing AI-assisted workflows within Agile and Scrum environments
* Experience defining and operationalizing adoption roadmaps
* Experience establishing and tracking measurable transformation outcomes
* Strong understanding of software engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, architecture, and Agile delivery
Candidates Must Be Able to Demonstrate:
* Specific examples of AI adoption challenges identified within engineering teams
* Actions personally taken to resolve implementation issues or adoption barriers
* Metrics established and used to measure success
* Examples of execution artifacts, playbooks, frameworks, or operating models they created
* Delivery decisions directly influenced
* Measurable business and engineering outcomes achieved through AI adoption
Preferred Experience:
* AI-PDLC or AI-First SDLC transformations
* Developer productivity and engineering effectiveness programs
* GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI engineering platforms
* Agentic AI workflows and AI-assisted software development
* Enterprise Agile Transformations
