In this role, you will be the architect of customer success, directly influencing how MEP contractors modernize their businesses. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to streamline complex technical implementations, shaping the future of digital construction while acting as a high-impact consultant for industry leaders.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.

Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble's powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.

Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between MEP platforms and third-party applications.

Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.

Strong background in MEP trades, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.

Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.

Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.

Bonus Points For

Hands-on experience with Trimble MEP estimating platforms.

Educational background in Construction Management or a related technical field.

Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.
