Position Overview We're searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote role. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun. What You'll Do Own the Implementation Process: Manage complex solution implementation projects from planning through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.

Lead Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, set clear expectations, and communicate effectively. Deliver with Precision: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail—because the little things matter to our clients and make the difference between good and great. Drive Technical Excellence: Assist clients with product-related configuration decisions, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and maintain expert-level knowledge of Applied Systems products.

Support Data Migrations: Support data migrations for clients in our mergers & acquisitions program, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration during high-impact transition. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. Champion Quality & Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement, mentor team members, and lead initiatives that elevate customer experience and departmental performance.

Qualifications Your experience may include: 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience (insurance industry experience is a plus). Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data migration and system integrations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

You may have other skills or credentials, including: Advanced troubleshooting for product installation and configuration. Proficiency with MS Office and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Experience with data conversions and system integrations.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize independently, manage stress, and maintain composure under pressure. We know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels.

To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.

Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
