Job Description

The Commercial Management Team (CMT) within Publics Media plays an important role in the success of New Business and Agency commercials.  This central team is responsible for establishing commercial offers and contracts that drive value and mitigate risk across staffing and remuneration, tools and technology, and performance incentive plans. We are seeking a driven individual, with a healthy knowledge of media strategy, media investment, operations, or finance to join our growing team and support in the development of all strategic and operational team responsibilities.

This position offers an unmatched opportunity to work closely with agency leadership, and across all agency brands, to inform commercial decision-making, improve operations, and drive success. The ideal candidate has worked in a strategic capacity, is collaborative within a team environment and has a proven record of problem solving and implementing workflow processes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Agency and PM Business Development teams to respond to Commercial requirements within RFPs.
  • Liaison with US and global market teams to brief and gather staffing and remuneration details necessary to complete consultant remuneration templates in accordance to timelines
  • Accurately represent and track remuneration details and data needed for commercial submissions
  • Understand and contribute to high level business goals and support them with concrete data and metrics for how we can achieve
  • Support in the development of new commercial models, in particular monetization for platforms and value-based pricing.
  • Partner with other agency disciplines to identify new added value across tools, tech and talent.
  • Develop data use cases and best practices to inform smart commercial proposals in partnership with commercial operations team
  • Support Commercial reporting workstreams in partnership with Commercial operations team
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of media agency experience; strategy, investment or analytics background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point
  • Experience in New Business or Media Auditing a plus
  • Collaborative and highly communicative, ability to work within a team and across multiple groups
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and multi-tasker   
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, must be a self-starter that can balance competing priorities.

 Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $129,987.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
