Is $20 an hour good for an intern?

For a Commercial Strategy Intern, $20 an hour is generally above the federal minimum wage and can be considered competitive depending on the location and industry standards. Intern wages vary widely based on geographic region, company size, and required skills, but this rate often reflects a paid internship with some level of responsibility. It is important to consider the cost of living and the intern's experience when evaluating whether this pay is adequate.

What does a commercial strategy intern do?

A commercial strategy intern supports the development and implementation of business strategies to increase revenue and market share. They analyze market trends, assist in creating strategic plans, and collaborate with teams using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. The role often involves research, data analysis, and contributing to strategic projects under supervision.

Is 22 too old for an internship?

A Commercial Strategy Intern position is typically open to candidates of various ages, including those in their early twenties. Age is generally not a barrier, and internships often value skills, motivation, and relevant education over age. Many companies welcome diverse age groups to bring different perspectives to their teams.
