Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site/2 remote after training) | 37.5-hour workweek

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established, mid-sized law firm in downtown Portland is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy, Foreclosure & Creditors' Rights Paralegal to join its growing commercial practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling bankruptcies, foreclosures, and collections who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections, and creditors' rights matters
  • Manage case files, court deadlines, and filings in Oregon and Washington
  • Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of matters while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with legal assistants and communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditors' rights, or collections
  • Knowledge of Oregon and Washington court procedures
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosure processes preferred
  • Paralegal certificate or formal paralegal education preferred
