Collections Specialist
Client in the Columbus-area is seeking a Collections Specialist to assist with member account follow-up, customer outreach, and resolution of outstanding membership balances while providing top-notch customer service to members. Salary is $41-$43k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
  • The Collections Specialist will review member accounts and conduct outreach regarding outstanding membership dues through phone and email communications
  • The Collections Specialist will follow established scripts and procedures to provide excellent customer service while resolving account concerns
  • Research account discrepancies and partner with internal teams to identify and resolve issues impacting payment status
  • Document account activity and maintain accurate records within company systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
  • Must have previous customer service and strong administrative experience
  • Must be comfortable using computer systems, phones, and multiple software applications
  • Previous collections experience is a plus, not a requirement

Salary is $41-$43k, DOE
