Job description

Collection Specialist/Collections Department Trainee
 We are seeking candidates to fill positions in an Auto Finance Company that will enable our company to continue its expansion plans throughout the United States.
 Ideal candidates will be proficient in communicating in both English and Spanish
 Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts
 Assist customers in resolving issues related to their automobile loan accounts
 Clearly communicate unresolved issues to office supervisors
 Accurately update customer information into the company's database
 Prioritize and manage time effectively
 Collection experience of past due accounts helpful, not mandatory
 Work full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
