Job description

We are seeking an In-Office Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based income. You will be responsible for selling our suite of digital marketing services to new clients, managing your pipeline, and contributing to overall company growth.

This position offers a base salary plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, providing strong earning potential for individuals who are willing to put in the work.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $41,600 annually
  • Commission: Uncapped and performance-driven
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000 โ€“ $150,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
  • Work both inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
