Project Supervisor:

Project Supervisor oversees construction crews in the shop and on job sites. Project Supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, and educating all staff on safety. Manage projects to stay within budget and ensure required materials and equipment are available.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations, underground excavation practices, and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.

 Performing routine JSA and Safety Audits at job site on all equipment and materials

 Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, subcontractors, and staff

 Writing reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders

 Collaborating closely with architects and other professionals

 Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction

 Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required
