Job description

The Personal Training Director is the leader of the Personal Training department at a Crunch Facility. The PTD ensures that the club delivers an exceptional fitness experience to all members and clients. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example, the PTD will ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness.

The PTD will hire, train and develop a strong team of Personal Trainer and will be responsible for the successful attainment of department targets, including revenue and member retention.
