How will you make your impact?

As a Site Supervisor - Mechanical & Electrical Equipment at Linxon, you are a key onsite execution leader responsible for delivering mechanically and electrically installed equipment that is correct, compliant, and ready for commissioning. You take full ownership of installation activities from preparation through handover, ensuring engineering intent and OEM requirements are translated into correctly installed assets on the ground. Acting directly on behalf of Linxon, you lead contractor execution, protect equipment integrity and warranties, enforce quality at every stage, and manage interfaces to prevent delays and rework. Your impact is reflected in rightfirsttime installation, disciplined workmanship, complete and accurate documentation, and smooth transition from installation to testing and commissioning in full compliance with approved drawings, applicable codes, OEM manuals, and the Linxon Quality Management System.

What will you do?

  • You will direct and instruct contractor teams on a daily basis across mechanical and electrical installation scopes, defining methods, sequencing, and quality expectations from start to finish

  • You will translate approved drawings, construction plans, OEM manuals, and method statements into clear, actionable daily installation instructions that drive safe, efficient execution

  • You will enforce correct installation practices throughout execution, including alignment, leveling, torqueing, clearances, fastening, and interface requirements

  • You will coordinate contractor manpower, tools, lifting equipment, and installation resources to ensure work is properly planned, resourced, and executed

  • You will verify installation readiness prior to work start by confirming foundation acceptance, embed and anchor verification, and completion of required interfaces

  • You will manage daily interfaces between mechanical, electrical, civil, OEM, and commissioning activities to ensure seamless progression of work

  • You will perform continuous inprocess inspections during installation to verify compliance, identify risks early, and prevent defects or damage

  • You will prepare, complete, and maintain all required quality and installation documentation, including installation checklists, ITP records, torque logs, alignment records, inspection forms, and daily reports

  • You will identify installation deviations immediately, enforce corrective actions, and implement measures to prevent recurrence

  • You will train and coach contractor personnel on OEM installation requirements, correct mechanical and electrical practices, and Linxon quality and documentation standards

  • You will ensure warrantycritical installation requirements are followed without deviation and support longterm equipment reliability

  • You will verify that all works comply with approved drawings and revisions, applicable mechanical and electrical codes, OEM acceptance criteria, and Linxon standards

  • You will support precommissioning, testing, and handover readiness by confirming installation completeness, quality compliance, and documentation accuracy

  • You will coordinate daily with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Quality teams, providing clear reporting on progress, quality status, risks, and constraints

  • You will support internal and external audits, as well as monthly quality inspections, ensuring readiness, transparency, and continuous improvement

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
