What you’ll do:

TheITManufacturing ApplicationAnalystreports to theDirector, Planning Sourcing and Manufacturing Technologyandwillbe responsibleforassistinginidentifyingand solving critical business problems that lie withina specificSupply Chaintechnology space. Thisincludes, but is not limited to:

  • Fostering relationships between the Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, 3rd party service providers and various business partners across one or more of the following Supply Chain areas: Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution
  • Supportingkeystakeholderstotest processes and trainusers on updates withinvariousSupply Chainsystems
  • Collaboratingwith key business stakeholders to help deliver desired business outcomes
  • Deliver high-value and scalable solutions for our manufacturing facilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing Manufacturing systems architecture. Map complex data flows between Shop Floor control systems (PLCs, IoT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP/ERP Systems
  • Implement system technology enhancements, changerequestsand process improvements for the Manufacturing processes
  • Assistwith identifying technologies that will improve and enhance the business goals that are aligned with the architecture and standards of the company
  • Identifybusiness value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, businesscontinuityand business capability requirements
  • Translate operational pain points into specific requirements, manage requirements backlog and define acceptance criteria
  • Develop orfacilitatethe gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents
  • Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends
  • Provide support forSupply Chainteams (e.g., break/fix, how toexpertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to business partnerstomaintainproductivity
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects through the engagement ofSME’stoidentifyand correct the issues while providing guidance and coaching to business partners
  • Developbest practicesto standardize businessprocessesandproceduresbased on the Coke Florida roadmap
  • Facilitatesystemtrainingwithbusiness leads to improveperformance and efficiency

For this role, you will need:

  • Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years working as Product Owner or Senior systems analyst
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile / Scrum project management framework and tools
  • Hands-on experience working with, deploying or integrating core manufacturing systems
  • Strong communicationandproblem-solvingskills
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems and its interaction with Planning and Manufacturing Execution systems
  • Background in data analytics, data integration and IoT platforms highly desired
