What does a Sales Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola?
A Sales Analyst, FSOP plays a critical role in supporting the Food Service On-Premise team by driving process standardization, reporting consistency and business performance insights. The position serves as a key business partner to FSOP sales leaders, local sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlines processes, data integrity, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
  • Working collaboratively with local sales teams, Coca Cola Bottling System Service (CCBSS) and corporate FSOP teams to collect and analyze data related to the FSOP channels, competition, and customers.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance standardized sales reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support FSOP business objectives.
  • Monitor data integrity and work proactively to resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Serve as a primary resource for sales data, reporting requests, and operational support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field preferred
  • 4 years of FSOP experience in lieu of a degree required
  • 1+ years previous experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the CPG industry required
  • 2+ years previous experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the CPG industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, UXT/Margin Minder (sales reporting tools) preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
