As a Senior Data Governance Analyst at Swire Coca-Cola, you will lead efforts to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise master data across all systems. You will drive the development, implementation, and enforcement of data governance policies and standards, while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing data validation and stewardship processes, managing complex data records, and supporting strategic reporting and data quality initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of governance control tools and reporting dashboards
  • Resolve complex data integrity issues and drive cleansing initiatives
  • Provide strategic recommendations for master data design and process improvements
  • Mentor junior analysts and support enterprise-wide data governance training
  • Oversee reporting cycles and ensure data accuracy across all systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management required
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and enterprise systems (SAP, Snowflake, Dayforce)
