We are looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Demand Planning to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Demand Planning at is responsible for all demand planning activities associated with Princess Cruise Lines Food & Beverage operations. This role involves developing reliable forecasts and demand plans driven by business trends, demand patterns, demographics, future occupancy levels, and other key inputs to optimize product availability. The Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Demand Planning will work closely with brand management, supply chain, sales, and product development teams to align inputs, proactively identify risks, and investigate and resolve product supply challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand planning, big data analytics, and/or inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Demand Planning:
    • Calculating usage projections on an annual, bi-quarterly, quarterly, seasonal, and ad-hoc basis
    • Manage demand planning files to ensure accuracy; actively monitor and adjust forecast models based on current trend analysis
    • Document demand planning assumptions, monitor and improve forecast accuracy
    • Drive regular demand review meetings with recommended changes to forecasts, co-lead the S&OP process
    • Collaboration/integration with GEPD program managers to ensure visibility into programs and anticipate future demand
  • Liaison with fleet
    • Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring HAGroup SOPs and P&Ps across the fleet.
    • Facilitate and execute shipboard training/auditing associated to demand planning processes and onboard inventory management
    • Manage fleet adherence to demand plans, market masters
    • Analyze special purchase requests (SPRs), out-of-templates (OOTs), and other requests outside of the consensus demand plans.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • SKU segmentation
    • Optimizes the lifecycle and change control processes
    • Track and analyzes SKU adoption through all levels of product lifecycle seasonally by ship/class.
    • Serves as the liaison between brand management, supply chain, sales, and product development teams to coordinate inputs, and investigate and resolve product supply challenges.
  • Management reporting, KPI tracking, and presentations as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, hospitality operations or finance (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformations, influence stakeholders and apply change management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in complex organizations under ambiguous circumstances
  • Must be able to demonstrate a detailed analytical skillset
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present to leadership teams
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in inventory management or business analytics in the cruise industry
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Power Bi
  • Working knowledge of Crunchtime
  • Demand Driven, CPIM, APICS, ore equivalent certificate
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with planning, big data analytics, and/or inventory management
  • Minimum 5 years of management level experience within hospitality management
  • Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of management level experience within planning, analytics and/or demand planning/inventory management
  • 3+ year of management level experience within hospitality management
  • This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of four days in the office per week (Monday - Thursday)
