Responsibilities

● Communicate professionally with clients and potential clients

● Use Attorney Backed Agents® approved language and marketing materials

● Educate clients on the benefits of attorney-backed real estate support

● Identify client questions or transaction issues that may need attorney involvement

● Stay in your real estate role while working within the Attorney Backed Agents® process

● Attend required training and onboarding sessions

● Follow team and platform standards for communication and client care

● Build your local business using a stronger client value proposition

● Represent the brand professionally in your market

● Help clients feel more confident through the buying or selling process

Qualifications

● Must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker

● Professional, coachable, and committed to client service

● Strong communication skills

● Willingness to follow systems and use approved processes

● Interest in building a business around trust, protection, and confidence

● Ability to use or quickly learn real estate CRM and marketing technology

● Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently


Expected payout is 80k plus per year depending on average sales price.
