Role OverviewÂ
We are hiring a trial-focused Landlord-Tenant Attorney with 7+ years of hands-on litigation experience handling both commercial and residential disputes. You will be responsible for case strategy, document drafting, negotiation, and court appearances—managing matters end-to-end in one of NYC’s most elite landlord-tenant practice groups.Â

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesÂ
Draft predicate notices and legal pleadingsÂ
Prepare and argue motionsÂ
Draft complex settlement agreementsÂ
Take and defend depositionsÂ
Handle all aspects of Housing Court and other real estate-related litigationÂ
Participate in trial preparation and courtroom litigationÂ

Must HaveÂ
Minimum 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experienceÂ
Demonstrated ability to draft predicate notices, pleadings, motions, and settlementsÂ
Experience taking and defending depositionsÂ
Strong negotiation skillsÂ
Excellent research, writing, and litigation technology skillsÂ
Familiarity with New York City Housing law and court proceduresÂ

Base Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 (based on experience)Â
Revenue Sharing:Â 1/3 of collected billed timeÂ
Origination Bonus:Â 20% for new clients introduced to the firmÂ
