Role Overviewย 
We are hiring aย trial-focused Landlord-Tenant Attorneyย withย 7+ years of hands-on litigation experienceย handling both commercial and residential disputes. You will be responsible for case strategy, document drafting, negotiation, and court appearancesโ€”managing matters end-to-end in one of NYCโ€™s most elite landlord-tenant practice groups.ย

Day-to-Day Responsibilitiesย 
    • Draft predicate notices and legal pleadingsย 
    • Prepare and argue motionsย 
    • Draft complex settlement agreementsย 
    • Take and defend depositionsย 
    • Handle all aspects ofย Housing Courtย and other real estate-related litigationย 
    • Participate in trial preparation and courtroom litigationย

    • Minimumย 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experienceย
