Compensation includes:

  • Competitive base salary ($190,000–$225,000 depending on experience and role level)
  • Performance-based litigation bonuses

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Manage personal injury litigation from filing through verdict
  • Develop case strategy and litigation plans
  • Lead depositions of parties, experts, and corporate representatives
  • Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Evaluate case value and provide strategic guidance on pre-litigation files
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions
  • Prepare cases for trial
  • Conduct jury trials commensurate with experience level
  • Mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Partner with leadership on litigation strategy and department growth
  • Build referral relationships and expand professional networks

Qualifications:

Who We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of trial-heavy personal injury litigation
  • Proven first chair counsel with successful verdicts (jury and bench)
  • Skilled at voir dire, opening statements, direct/cross of experts, and closing arguments
  • Negotiation and mediation results demonstrate consistent value capture
  • Supervises other attorneys on trial teams; ensures case strategy alignment
  • Strong command of evidence, expert testimony, and complex litigation issues
  • Contributes meaningfully to business development.
