Job description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect with healthcare experience to design and deliver scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions (Health Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). You’ll work with business and IT teams to drive patient engagement, streamline workflows, and ensure integrations with EHR/EMR systems.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years Salesforce architecture/implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.

  • Expertise in Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

  • Hands-on with integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL).

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud Consultant, Application/Technical Architect) preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner).

  • Analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Einstein).
