Job description

WE’RE HIRING SALES REPS – VACAVILLE COSTCO

If you love selling, this is where you turn a part-time role into serious earnings.

We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing salespeople to represent premium health brands like Qunol and Zena inside Costco. This is not your typical retail job—this is a performance-driven role where your personality and hustle directly impact your paycheck.

What You’ll Earn:

  • Starting at $24/hour + a strong bonus structure, you’ll earn on every unit sold (up to 100 units per product, per shift).
  • The more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Weekend shifts = highest earning potential

Schedule:

  • Flexible based on your availability
  • Demo hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekends strongly preferred for max earnings
  • Scheduling is performance-based—top performers are prioritized for shifts

This is perfect for you if you:

  • Love talking to people and closing sales
  • Have experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles
(cars, gym memberships, retail upselling, promotion events—you name it)
  • Are competitive and motivated by hitting goals and earning more
  • Can confidently approach and engage with customers
  • Thrive working independently

Bonus points if you are bilingual or multilingual
This location serves a diverse community, and being able to connect with more members is a huge advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage Costco members and drive product sales
  • Demonstrate and promote premium wellness products
  • Educating customers on product benefits and features
  • Set up, manage, and break down your demo station
  • Always representing the brand professionally

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (demo table + materials)
  • Transport table and supplies to/from your vehicle
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts

Compliance & Food Safety Requirements:

To meet Costco and health standards, all reps must:

  • Complete and maintain food safety certification
  • Wear gloves and hairnets during food-related demos
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • No artificial nails or nail polish
  • No jewelry except for a plain wedding band

Why does this role stand out:
You’re not stuck behind a register, you’re running your own mini business inside Costco, with the ability to directly control how much you earn.

Equal Opportunity Employer:
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws.

Background Check Requirement:
All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
